Ladies and gentlemen:
The WFPD has notified us that the suspect they were looking for is now in custody. We will come off our soft lock down now and resume normal operations. Thanks to the WFPD, the WFFD, and multiple state agencies for their assistance. We hope to be able to enjoy the rest of the day.

Ladies and gentlemen:
After a police report of a suspicious person in the neighborhood south of FCHS who had made threatening comments to a resident, we are going to a soft Lock down status. Students will be able to go class to class but we are bringing students indoors. We will have more information when it is available.

We have some student athletes still looking for donations. Please contact Joe Smith at joseph.smith@wfschools.org if you are wanting to help.

The March FCHS Senior of the Month is Aleah Russell. Aleah is the daughter of Allyson Adkins and Chris Russell. Her favorite classes are RAKtivism and Redbird Annual. Aleah's favorite teachers are Mr. Maddox and Mrs. Shaw. Her post-high school plan is to attend Southeast Missouri State University for Elementary Education. In her free time, Aleah likes to play basketball, softball, go to church, and hangout with friends.

Another basketball season has come and gone. We were lucky enough to host boys and girls regionals. I want to thank all of the volunteers that make everything run so smoothly. John Butler, Jon and Allison Adkins, and Paul Lawrence on the girls games. For the boys side I want to thank Roger Wilburn, Rick Conner, Matt Donkin, and Jim Johnson. These guys have been doing this for a long time. Thank you all for you dedication and work for our student athletes! I also want to thank Michelle Loeh for taking care of our attendance workers during the season as well.
